Ready to fine-tune your paddling skills? This three-hour session is designed for paddlers who have completed Basic SUP and are ready to take their paddling to the next level through SUP coaching! You spend the majority of time on the water during this session while experimenting with different drills to fine-tune your technique for efficient paddling! The first hour consists of the skills workshop followed by a four-mile paddle around the lake. Bring snacks and lots of water. We take a short break in the middle of this challenging SUP class on Taylorsville Lake.
