1. All equipment will be sanitized before and after sessions (and following any human contact) with approved antiviral sanitizer. Equipment will not be handled by other participants.
2. All instructors and participants will have their temperatures taken prior to the start of a paddle.
3. All employees will wear masks prior to paddle. Participants are encouraged to wear masks. We will have masks available for purchase or you may wear your own. Once participants are a board distance apart from employees and other paddlers not included in their household they may take off their mask.
4. All paddlers will sanitize their hands before and after the session. Sanitizer will be provided and you are welcome to bring your own.
5. Participants will be asked to wait inside or next to their car until an instructor directs them to enter the dock area. Instructors will also direct participants to specific launch sites so as to prevent unnecessary gathering.
6. If you are showing any COVID-19 symptoms on the day of the paddle you will be prohibited from participating. In this case we will need to reschedule your booking or receive credit for the amount of your booking. We are unable to offer refunds for any bookings. Any no-shows or cancellations less than 2 hours prior to the start of the paddle are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.
