Designed for all levels of yoga practitioners and paddlers, participants will get a quick introduction to paddling on the water and then hit the water to travel to our yoga location.

Bootcamp-style Interval Training on the Ohio River
This 90-minute workout class combines paddle skills with bootcamp-style interval training. Be prepared to paddle, move, have fun, and possibly get wet. The Ohio River SUP fitness class begins on land with introductions and a warm up. We then move into interval drills where we alternate paddle styles and on board high intensity movements (think push ups, squats, planks, and burpees). The class concludes with a short cool down.
This class is designed for participants who have some experience stand up paddle boarding and it is recommending that anyone without SUP experience take Basic SUP prior to this class. In order to respect the time of our instructors, we have a three-person minimum in order to conduct this class. You will receive a confirmation email the night before each class that will confirm class is a go. If your class is cancelled you are eligible for a full refund or a rebooking!
