This event gives our community the opportunity to come together and do what we love best: paddling!
Designed for all levels of yoga practitioners and paddlers, participants will get a quick introduction to paddling on the water and then hit the water to travel to our yoga location.
This 90-minute workout class combines paddle skills with bootcamp-style interval training.
With the popularity of our SUP yoga classes we have create a class package of 4 classes.
This is the local paddle adventure you’ve always dreamed of! During this 5-hour, 10-mile adventure we will begin at Harrod’s Creek Park to start a paddle down Harrod’s Creek towards the Ohio River.
