Schedule:

  • Registration and Gear Setup
  • Paddleboarding Lesson and Safety Briefing
  • 30-45 minute SUP Yoga flow

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable swimwear or athletic attire
  • Sunscreen and hat
  • Towel and change of clothes
  • Water bottle
  • Positive attitude and a sense of adventure!
Important Notes:
  • All equipment will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own gear.
  • The event is subject to weather conditions. In the case of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled, and participants will be notified.
  • This tour does require at least 2 people to be registered to run. In the event we don’t meet the minimum requirement, you will be offered to rebook or a full refund.

FAQ’s

Not necessarily, but it is a possibility! We do recommend wearing clothing that can get wet. Our Basic SUP class is designed for all levels which means it’s totally okay if you would prefer to sit or kneel until you are comfortable standing!

Wear something you’re going to be comfortable in and can move around. Don’t wear anything you don’t want to get wet or dirty, we are outdoors! You can wear swimwear if you’d like, but do dress for the weather! In the early or late paddle seasons, it might be a colder start, so dress accordingly. We recommend clothes that will dry fast when wet as well.
